Uno de los lindos regalos que recibí para mi cumpleaños fue este cuadrito de mi amiga María José Concha. Ella es artista visual residente en Santiago y mi amiga desde que éramos chiquititas. Trabaja en un luminoso taller en su casa (debería haberle sacado fotos para ustedes), cerca de su familia, para producir paisajes de varios formatos, que muestran con la simpleza del color las planicies del sur de Chile.   One of the beautiful gifts I received for my birthday was this little painting made by my friend María José Concha. She is a visual artist living in Santiago and my friend since we were tiny girls. She works at her illuminated studio, inside her home (I should have taken some photos for you...), close to her family, to make multiple sizes landscapes, that shows with the simplicity of colour the plains of southern Chile.
