Hi-tech monday: sobre lo positivo y algo más / about positive and some more

Este mundo del internet y las redes sociales nos pone la belleza y sabiduría de todas partes en la punta de los dedos. Pero a veces también asusta. Al igual que los titulares en la prensa escrita, las páginas con más venta o visitas son las que tienen contenidos negativos, sabían? Hay algunos que sólo usan las redes para atacar a personas que ni conocen, o para reirse de los demás. Entonces esta herramienta maravillosa tiene un doble filo, algo similar a todas las utopías. Por eso Twitter ha decidido, después de mucho darle vueltas, filtrar lo que se publica y guarda en sus servidores, al igual que Facebook, para evitar esos ataques, que pueden llevar a dañar mucho a una persona o incluso poner en jaque a un sistema sin necesidad de estar basados en argumentos reales. Qué opinan ustedes?

Cuando empecé con esto, casi como un diario de vida, mi idea fue justamente ver el vaso medio lleno y mostrar lo que nos hace bien al corazón. Estaba asustada cuando empezaron a llegar visitas y los primeros comentarios. Pero me di cuenta de que no estaba sola, hay una tendencia mundial que busca volver a los orígenes y compartir lo bueno desde la experiencia propia y olvidarse de la mala onda. Además no hemos recibido más que cariño y apoyo de parte de todos los que leen. Quiere decir que somos varios los que preferimos ser felices, entonces! A mí, y seguramente a ustedes también, me encanta visitar páginas en busca de cosas buenas, me inspiran todos los días páginas como: A Subtle Revelry, Design for Mankind, Design Mom, Elephantine, Creature Comforts, Oh Happy Day!, Oh Joy!, Spoon Fork Bacon, Bloesem, Hand Made Charlotte, Made by Joel, y muchos más. This world of internet and social networks let us have the beauty and wisdom from around the world at our fingertips. But sometimes is scary. Same as happens with the headlines in written press, the most visited pages are the ones with negative content, did you know? There are some people using networks only to attack others that they don't even know, or to laugh at others. Then this wonderful tool has a double edge, much like all utopias. So Twitter has decided, after much brooding, filteringwhat is published and stored on their servers, same as Facebook, to prevent such twits, which can lead to really damage someone or unbalance a system without any real reason.
