Una de las cosas buenas de la vida es comer juntos en una mesa, puesta con cariño, compartiendo las fuentes y pasando el pan con la mano. Es el momento donde compartimos lo que nos ha pasado en el día, donde nos reimos, aprendemos y hasta peleamos. Es donde nos hacemos amigos. Esa mesa es realmente el corazón de la casa. Por eso yo creo que me gusta hacer cosas ricas en la cocina, para comerlas con todos después. Hay un grupo de artistas que se juntó a hacer de estas pequeñas reuniones en la mesa un evento para recordar, seguramente ya los conocen. Se llaman Kinfolk, tienen una revista y un pequeño diario, con puras fotos lindas y videos sobre la simpleza de una mesa vivida en grupo. Véanlo, que les va a gustar, y miren lo linda y rica de esta receta que les dejo de ellos. Esta semana comimos cosas ricas, pero no le hice seguimiento a ninguna, así que les dejo esta receta en vez de una mía, jaja! Disfruten! Y júntense alrededor de su mesa con la familia y los amigos.

  One of good things in life is to eat together around a table, arranged with love, sharing dishes and bread with our hands. It's when we share our day, where we laugh, learn and even fight. Is where we become friends. That table is the real hart of our home. I think that's why I like making nice things in the kitchen, to eat them with everyone afterwards. There is a group of artists who came together to make those small gatherings into something to remember, you sure know them already. They are Kinfolk, they have a magazine and a journal, filled with lovely photos and whimsical videos about the simplicity and beauty of a table lived with company.
