Este rincón del living es el que mas me gusta de mi casa. Cada objeto que lo conforma tiene su historia. El sillón beige, y sobre todo esa parte del sillón, fue donde me instale los primeros meses de vida de mi hija mayor. Me acuerdo de estar ahí sentada dandole de comer y ver cómo se quedaba dormida mientras lo hacia. La tenia en mis brazos las dos horas que dormía y no me nacía hacer otra cosa que mirarla. ¡¡Una paz tenia!! Fue una linda etapa de mi vida y por eso quiero tanto a ese sillón, que no se si voy a poder algún día cambiarlo. 

  This corner from our living room is the one I love the most at home. Each thing in it has it's own story. That beige couch, and specially that part of it, was where I rested while I fed my eldest girl as a baby. I remember watching her fall asleep. I held her in my arms the whole two hours she slept and I wouldn't do anything but to look at her. I was so filled with peace!! It was a nice part of my life and the reason why I love that couch so much, I don't know if I'm ever going to be able to change it.

   La lampara roja fue un hallazgo del año pasado en un mercado de pulgas. La compre no muy convencida, pero ni bien llegue a casa y la vi puesta me enamore, y cada vez me gusta más y más.  La foto que esta en la pared es mi papá cuando era chiquito, y se parece mucho a mi hijo, es lindo tenerlo ahí ya que al estar tan lejos físicamente es una buena forma de recordarlo. Ademas agregué dos postales con frases que me inspiran: "Live and Learn" y la famosa "Keep Calm and Carry on".

   Hoy en día son pocas las veces que me puedo tirar en ese rincón del sillón y cuando lo hago, a veces me quedo dormida, me encanta, es como mi lugar especial de la casa.

   The red lamp was a good find from last year at a flea market. I was not that into it when I bought it, but as soon as I got home and saw it at the table I fell in love, and I like it more and more each day. That photo over the wall is my dad as a boy, and he looks a lot like my son, it's nice to have him there since I can remember him even being far away. I added two post cards with inspiring frases: "Live and Learn" and the famous "Keep Calm and Carry on".
     Nowadays I can't let myself rest in that corner of the couch as often as I would like, but when I do, sometimes I fall asleep, I love it, it's like my special place at home.
